Made from 100% Blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco, this tequila undergoes a minimum aging of one year in French and American oak barrels. The name "818" refers to the area code of Calabasas, the place where the brand was conceived, but the soul of the drink lies deep in the fertile red soil of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave plants are harvested only after seven years of growth, when they have reached their optimal sugar content.

What makes 818 Añejo unique is the specific blend of tequilas that have been aged in carefully selected barrels. The process of slow fermentation and distillation in copper stills results in a rich body reminiscent of fine cognac or aged whiskey.
