Pure enjoyment:

• Given the high alcohol percentage (cask strength), we recommend first nosing the whisky neat and then adding water drop by drop to your own taste.

• Adding water opens up the creamy vanilla notes and softens the initial power, allowing the fruity nuances more room to breathe.

• Pairs excellently with an apple tarte tatin or other desserts based on vanilla and orchard fruits.
