Pure enjoyment

• Serve the Barlovento preferably in a large snifter or wine glass to give the aromas space.

• The ideal serving temperature is between 12°C and 14°C; serving it too cold would suppress the complex smoky flavor and the silky texture.

Food pairing

• A phenomenal partner for desserts with dark chocolate, a classic brownie, or a rich tiramisu.

• Also surprisingly pairs well with strong blue cheeses (such as Stilton or Gorgonzola) or a piece of grilled game, where the smoky tones accentuate the meat.
