While the coast is often associated with light pilsners, Althaia proves that the Spanish sun is also the perfect breeding ground for dark, complex beers. Flavor & character

Nose A rich and complex bouquet of roasted coffee beans, pure cocoa, and a hint of licorice, subtly supported by notes of dark dried fruit such as raisins and figs.

Palate The mouthfeel is full, creamy, and warming. The taste buds are treated to an intense blend of bitter chocolate and toasted bread, with a slight residual sweetness that beautifully softens the powerful hop bitterness.

Finish A monumental finish that lingers. The warmth of the alcohol content elegantly blends with a final hint of ash and mocha.
