Palate On the palate, you experience a solid body with a malty base of biscuits and caramel, which is immediately challenged by a powerful hop bitterness. The citrus and fruit notes remain present throughout the sip.

Pure enjoyment

• Serve the Antípoda preferably in a tulip glass at a temperature between 7°C and 10°C to fully appreciate the complex hop aromas.

• Give the beer some time in the glass; as it warms up slightly, the tropical fruit nuances become even more pronounced.

Food pairing

• An excellent partner for spicy dishes such as Mexican tacos or Indian curry, where the bitterness of the beer beautifully cuts through the spiciness.

• Also pairs excellently with a hearty burger with blue cheese or aged cheeses, where the hops perfectly balance the fatty and salty components.
